Jade Jewelry Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with the jade jewelry they purchase. However, due to the rarity and uniqueness of jade jewelry, our return policy is subject to the following conditions:
1. Return conditions
- You can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product .
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged and include original packaging, certificates of authenticity and all accessories.
- Returns will not be accepted for products in the following circumstances:
- After modification, adjustments (such as resizing, engraving, etc.) or cleaning services.
- Damage caused by personal reasons, such as drop, impact or chemical contact.
- Personalized or special order products.
2. Return process
- 1. Contact Customer Service : Within the return period, contact our customer service team via [Contact Information] and provide the order number, reason for return and relevant photos (such as product damage, etc.).
- 2. Return Review : We will review your return application upon receipt and notify you of the approval status of your return application. The review process may take 2-3 working days .
- 3. Returning merchandise : Once your return is approved, you will need to return the merchandise along with all original packaging, proof of purchase, and certificate of authenticity. Please use an insured shipping service to prevent loss or damage during shipping.
3. Return shipping costs
- If the return is due to product quality problems, defects or wrong shipment, we will bear the return shipping costs.
- If you return the product for personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction or change of personal preference), the return shipping and insurance costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Refund Policy
- After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect and authenticate the goods within 7-10 working days , and refund after confirming that the goods are intact.
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, excluding shipping and insurance costs for the original order (if applicable). - If the goods do not meet the return conditions when they are returned (such as damaged goods, missing packaging or authentication certificates, etc.), we will notify you and no refund will be made. The goods will be returned to you.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days and the product must meet the return conditions.
- The shipping costs for exchanged merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the exchanged product has been adjusted, customized or modified, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
6. Importance of the certificate
- Jade jewellery is usually accompanied by a professional appraisal certificate. If this certificate is missing when returning the item, we will charge a fee of RMB 500-1000 for re-appraisal and re-issuance of the certificate.
- Items without a certificate of authenticity will not be accepted for return or exchange.
7. Special Instructions
- For customized jade jewelry (including personalized engraving and special designs), once the transaction is completed, no returns or exchanges are accepted unless there are quality issues.
- Natural jade color difference and texture : Each piece of jade is unique, and the color, texture and luster of natural jade may be slightly different from the picture. This is normal and not a quality issue, so returns are not supported.

Jade jewelry is a valuable item. Please ensure proper packaging and insurance during the return process to avoid logistics problems that affect the return process or cause unnecessary losses.
